As part of The smarter E Europe 2023, HPS have introduced a new option for integrating battery storage with Picea. Customers who already have a PV system and have installed a short-term battery storage system can now gain greater independence by incorporating their existing battery when they purchase a Picea system.

Furthermore, there is a new version of the Picea App, which will be available in the fourth quarter of 2024. The app's existing features have been expanded, including the visualisation of energy flows in real time as well as the presentation of historical energy data. This development addresses demand from customers for more detailed information. While the previous app was designed for use on tablets, the new version of the app will be available for smartphones and tablets under iOS and Android. (mfo)
